- Scapular tubercles truncated cone shape. Posterior margin of prodorsal shield convex. Empodia 4 -rayed................ 3

2 Dorsal annuli narrow and microtuberculated. Space between admedian, submedian lines and lateral margin of prodorsal shield with numerous dashed, short lines and granular structures. Coxigential area with 7–8 microtuberculated annuli. Body milkywhite in colour.................................................................. E. nervalis  protogyne female

- Dorsal annuli wide and smooth. Space between admedian, submedian lines and lateral margin of prodorsal shield is smooth. Coxigenital area with 10–12 indistinct microtuberculated annuli. Body amber in colour...... E. nervalis  deutogyne female

3 Prodorsal shield subtriangular; prosternal apodeme unforked. Length of genital setae about length of epigynium at most.. 4
