Range: —Endemic to Bolivia (LP).
Ecology: —Local and uncommon; epiphytic in humid forests, perhaps most common in Polylepis forests; 1700– 3500 m.
Notes: —The sterile fronds of E. semisubulatum are ca. 50 cm long, and the fertile fronds to 35 cm long, not 9–14 cm long, as erroneously stated in the original description.
