Description. Male. Body medium sized. Vertex of head divided into conical tubercles. Legs elongate and slender; fore femora about 1.9 times as long as the pronotum ventrally unarmed, internal genicular lobe with a small spine, external genicular lobe with 1 elongate movable spur; fore tibiae ventrally with 1 external and 1 internal spur. Mid femora with an elongate movable spur on the internal and genicular lobe, ventrally unarmed; mid tibiae ventrally with 1 external and 1 internal spur. Hind femora beneath with 3 inter spines and without outer spines; hind tibiae above with 58–62 outer and inner spines respectively, arrange in groups. Super internal spur of hind tibiae not exceeding the dorso-apical spine of metatarsus. Hind metatarsus keeled ventrally. Epiphallus of male genitalia with the lower end notched deeply ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 24–25 ).

Female. Subgenital plate with hind margin notched slightly and broad ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 24–25 ). Ovipositor longer than the half of hind femora.

Coloration. Body brown. Face with 4 dark longitudinal stripes. Legs brown with regularly annular stripes.

Measurements. (length in mm) Body ♂ 11.0, ♀ 14.0; pronotum ♂ 7.0, ♀ 7.0; fore femora ♂ 13.0, ♀ 12.0; hind femora ♂ 25.0, ♀ 25.5; ovipositor 13.0.

Material examined. Holotype, 1♂, Gutian Mountain , Zhejiang, 2012-X-14 ~16, collected by Liu Xian-Wei et al. ; paratype, 2♀♀, same data as the holotype .

Distribution. China (Zhejiang).

Diagnosis. This species is rather similar to T. (T.) xiai sp. nov., but differs from the latter in that: frons with 4 dark longitudinal stripes; epiphallus of male genitalia with a rather deep notch at the lower end and with the upper apex truncated ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 24–25 ); the length of female subgenital plate distinctly longer than width ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 24–25 ).

Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the shape of the female subgenital plate.
