15. Tachycines (Tachycines) sichuanensis View in CoL sp. nov.

Description. Male. Body medium sized. Vertex of head divided into conical tubercles. Legs elongate and slender; fore femora about 1.3 times as long as the pronotum, beneath unarmed, internal genicular lobe with a small spine, external genicular lobe with 1 elongate movable spur; fore tibia ventrally with 2 external and internal spurs. Mid femora with an elongate movable spur on the internal and genicular lobe, ventrally unarmed; mid tibiae beneath with 2 external and internal spurs. Hind femur ventrally with 4–6 inter spines and without outer spines; hind tibia dorsally with 40–44 outer and internal spines respectively, arranged in groups. Super internal spur of hind tibiae exceeding the dorso-apical spine of metatarsus ( Fig. 44 View FIGURES 44–47 ). Hind metatarsus keeled beneath. Epiphallus of male genitalia like the shape of “H” ( Fig. 45 View FIGURES 44–47 ).
Female. Subgenital plate nearly triangular with hind margin projected ( Fig. 46 View FIGURES 44–47 ). Ovipositor distinctly longer than half the length of hind femora.
Coloration. Body nearly unicolor, black and tergite shining. Face yellowish with 2 dark brown longitudinal bands below the eyes. Legs light brown without distinctly stripes, the apex of hind femora black, the color of hind tibia much more darker than hind femur.
Measurements. (length in mm) Body ♂ 11.0–16.5, ♀ 12.0–13.5; pronotum ♂ 5.5–6.5, ♀ 6.0–6.5; fore femora ♂ 7.0–8.5, ♀ 7.0–7.5; hind femora ♂ 15.0–16.5, ♀ 15.0–16.0; ovipositor 19.0.
Material examined. Holotype, 1♂, Batang, Yinggezui , Sichuan, 2017-VIII-20, collected by Wang Han- Qiang ; paratype, 6♂♂ 11♀♀, same data as holotype .
Distribution. China (Sichuan).
Diagnosis. This species is rather similar to T. (T.) rammei Karny, 1926 , but differrs from the latter in that: hind femora beneath with 4–6 internal spines, hind tibiae above with 40–44 spines on each side.
Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the of district Sichuan where this species occurs.
