Etymology: This epithet derives from the Latin adjective “ septifera ” meaning “septum”, and refers to the septum that divides the posterior margin of epigyne into two halves.

Diagnosis: This new species resembles K. permixta Millidge & Russell-Smith, 1992 (figs 28, 29) in having the similar septum and round spermathecae, but can be distinguished by: the shape of atrium apertures and the position of fertilization ducts ( Fig. 162C View FIGURE 162 ); spiral ducts with two and half turns ( Fig. 162C View FIGURE 162 ); spermathecae pointing away from each other ( Fig. 162C View FIGURE 162 ; Millidge & Russell-Smith, 1992, figs 28, 29).

Chelicerae yellow, with two promarginal and three retromarginal teeth, stridulatory striae absent. AER recurved, PER straight, slightly wider. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.07, ALE 0.10, PME 0.09, PLE 0.08, AME–AME 0.04, PME– PME 0.07, AME–ALE, 0.05, PME–PLE 0.08, AME– PME 0.06, ALE–ALE 0.44, PLE–PLE 0.45, ALE–PLE contiguous. Length of legs: I 5.81 (1.64, 1.78, 1.55, 0.84), II 5.01 (1.42, 1.50, 1.33, 0.76), III 3.18 (0.89, 0.91, 0.82, 0.56), IV 4.16 (1.20, 1.25, 1.09, 0.62), legs long, slender and yellow; femura densely covered with fine spines. Leg formula: I-II-IV-III. Tm I 0.49. Tibial spine formula: 2-2- 2-2. Abdomen; 1.38 long, 0.96 wide, cylindrical, yellow, dorsally with longitudinal black strip on each side; ventral side yellow.

Epigyne ( Fig. 162A–C View FIGURE 162 ): Aperture wider than long, septum slit-shaped, dividing aperture into two parts.Vulva: spiral ducts thick, with two and half loops; spermathecae round, pointing away from each other.
