Notes on distribution. Two specimens of O. anatolica from Kars Province (Kazikoporan) ( HNHM) probably have incorrect data. The record from Kütahya Province ( Tezcan et al. 2004) (as Cylindronotus (Odocnemis) korbi ) is the result of misidentification.

Bionomics. The species was found on Cedrus libani in the evening (about 22:00) in Sağlık. The beetles were observed to feed on lichens. Specimens from Dümbelek Dağ were collected under stones with lichens.
