Ocular area blackish brown. Eye measurements: AME 0.07, ALE 0.16, PME 0.15, PLE 0.12, AME-AME 0.08; AME-ALE 0.05; PME- PME 0.20; PME-PLE 0.17. Eye row width measurement: I 0.20, II 0.40, III 0.65, IV 0.47. Clypeus height 0.26. Sternum light yellow; chelicera yellow with 2 pro- (1 large, 1 small) and 1 large retromarginal teeth, labium and endites yellow. Legs slender with long spines. Variation. Total length: 3 5.80–7.00 (n=8); Ƥ 6.10–7.40 (n=30).
Distribution. China (Hainan, newly recorded here for Yunnan).
Remarks. This species is much different from other congeneric species in its general appearance (opisthosoma slender, few somatic hairs, light pigment) and the palpal tibia with a large depression and a large tibial apophysis.
