Distribution in Iran. Golestan ( Rafiei-Jahed et al. 2021, under the family Elateridae ; Farashiani et al. 2022), Guilan (present paper), Mazandaran ( Jarzabek-Müller 2019; Farashiani et al. 2022).
New material examined. Guilan province, Kishtybi , 1♀, 7–8 (20–21 in the modern Gregorian calendar) . iv.1916, B.S. Iljin leg., Zoological Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences .
