Material examined. INDIA: Himachal Pradesh: Keylong (2,900 m), 10-viii-2008, Pandher, 13; Alha (2,400 m), 11-vii-2010, Saini, Pandher & Parey, 23. Uttrakhand: Munsyari (2,500 m), 27-vi-2010, Pandher & Parey, 33. (All deposited in PUPM.)

Description. Adult male: Color in alcohol uniformly fulvous except head brownish and wings somewhat pale. Body covered with inconspicuous, sparse fulvous pubescence except pronotum with mixture of golden and fuscous setae. Length of each forewing 7.0 mm; each forewing with forks I–V present; discoidal cell elongated, petiole of apical fork I almost 2X fork; median cell almost 1.5X as long as discoidal cell; each hind wing with forks I–III and V present, fork I very reduced; 3 anal veins extending freely to wing margin.

Male genitalia ( Figs. 9–10 View FIGURES 5 – 10 ). Sternites VII and VIII without ventral processes. Segment IX forming narrowed sclerotized band dorsally, anterolaterally convex, dorsal aspect oblique and in lateral view posterolaterally with narrow concavity on each side near base. Inferior appendages each 2-segmented, elongate, in lateral view basal segment wider than apical segment, apical segment wider at base and narrower toward apex, convex dorsally and concave ventrally in lateral view. Segment X trilobed, with a pair of lateral digitate lobes and a median triangular lobe dorsally cleft about 1/5th of its median length, and basally with membranous central area. Preanal appendages triangular in side view, rounded apically, almost equal in length to segment X and divergent. Retracted phallus saclike, without spines.

Distribution. India: Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand.
