Description. Adult male: Color in alcohol entirely fuscous except legs fulvous. Body covered with sparse, short and fuscous pubescence. Length of each forewing 8–9 mm; apical forks I–V present in each forewing; discoidal cell very short; median cell about 2X as long as discoidal cell; hindwings each with forks II–III and V present, fork I lacking; 3 anal veins running freely to the wing margin.

Male genitalia ( Figs. 7–8 View FIGURES 5 – 10 ). Sternites VII and VIII without ventral processes. Segment IX reduced to narrow sclerotized band dorsally, anterolateral margins convex and posterolateral margins each with large concavity near base. Inferior appendages each 2- segmented, long, in lateral view basal segment wide and about 1.5X as long as apical segment, apical segment narrower and tapering toward apex. Segment X forming triangular hood, cleft mesally at its apex in dorsal view, forming 2 rounded lobes and with membranous central area basally. Preanal appendages clavate in side view, shorter than segment X and apically divergent. Retracted phallus sac-like with long, single spine.

Distribution. India: Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttrakhand. Tibet: Valley of Digar Polu.
