Cobelura vermicularis View in CoL was described based on a single specimen from Ecuador. The holotype ( Figs 11–14 View FIGURES 9–14 ) is a female and was never illustrated. Monné (1984) correctly recognized the species. It differs from E. peruviana View in CoL especially by the dorsal pubescence distinctly denser .
