Type species: Zhengitettix hainanensis Liang, 1994 , by original designation.

Composition. There are 14 species in the Oriental region, three of which are known from Thailand ( Liang, 1994; Storozhenko, 2013a; Dawwrueng & Doodduem, 2014).
