Comments: This species was listed by Uhler (1886) from the “Western States”. It has also been recorded from California ( Woodworth 1913, Norland 1931), and Froeschner (1988) listed it from Colorado. All records of this species from the United States are undoubtedly based upon misidentifications, and this species should not be included in the U.S. fauna, unless additional specimens are examined.
