: 6.0-6.5 mm. Black. Whitish are small bands on tergite I-V and inner part of squama. Femora apical reddish-brown and yellow, tibia I and II yellow brownish. Flagellum brown. Mesonotum coarsely densely punctate. Diameter of dots 0.3 of ocellar-diameter. Mesopleuron coarsely reticulate and punctate preceptus more sparsely polished. Tergite I and II coarsely punctate, diameter of dots 0.3-0.5 of ocellar-diameter. Tergites II-VI with long spines. Squama bifid. Mucro long, apical half distinctly broadened, spade-shaped and shallow emarginate. Foretarsal comb moderately long. Anterior margin of clypeus slightly emarginate, tridentate and doubled.

This species is above all characterized by the coarse punctation on mesonotum and tergite I and II, and the spade-shaped mucro.
