Brachypogon vanharteni Szadziewski, Kentzer & Giłka, 2011: 647 View in CoL (male, UAE).
Diagnosis. Males can be recognized by having following combinations of features: gonostylus short and stout, aedeagus tongue-like, tergite IX bearing ear-like apicolateral processes, parameres fused, indistinct. Female unknown ( Szadziewski et al. 2011).
