The sexstrigatum View in CoL group
Diagnosis. According to Sakagami & Ebmer (1996), this group is mainly characterized by the female metasomal terga with distinct fimbriae on latero-apical margin ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 C) and the male head with a size-linked gigantism and genal process. However, some species (e.g., L. japonicum and L. zipangu ) do not share these character states. It may be necessary to revise both diagnostic characters and included members in a future study.
