Diagnosis. Body length 2.4 mm, fore wing length 2.4 mm. Body black, hind femur bright yellow. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus hardly touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly larger than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna slightly shorter than body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.9× longer than wide. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum not shorter than its diameter. Areola on propodeum closed, V-shaped apically, with strong costulae, posterio-lateral parts polished. Pterostigma 3.0× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.8× longer than pterostigma, vein r 1.9× longer than vein 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 parallel-sided, 2.3× longer than hind width, turned-over part dull, rugose-punctate, longitudinal channel shallow; T2 shiny and nearly polished, except weak wrinkles laterally, 3.3× wider than long in the middle; T3 1.9× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath slightly shorter than hind tibia.
