Diagnosis. Body length 1.8 mm, fore wing length 2.3 mm. Body black, hind femur brown to blackish. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus hardly touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly longer than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna distinctly longer than body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.7× longer than wide. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum smaller than its diameter. Areola on propodeum open, V-shaped apically, with fine costulae, posterio-lateral parts unsculptured. Pterostigma 3.0× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.2× longer than pterostigma, vein r 1.4× longer than vein 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 parallel-sided at anterior 2/3, slightly narrowed at apical third, 2.5× longer than hind width, turned-over part slightly shiny, weakly rugose-punctate laterally, longitudinal channel indistinct; T2 shiny and nearly polished, except a few weak punctures, 4.3× wider than long in the middle; T3 2.2× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath as long as hind tibia.

Remarks. Characters of the examined specimens mostly agree with the published descriptions except metasoma not longer than mesosoma and T2 4.3× wider than long in the middle.
