( Figures 61 View FIGURE 61 , 102 View FIGURE 102. 60–76 )

Description. Holotype. Female. Body length 3.1 mm, fore wing length 3.1 mm.

Head. Transverse in dorsal view, nearly 2.1× as wide as long, weakly wider than mesoscutum. Vertex between eye and posterior ocellus shiny with small punctures. Temple slightly shiny, rough with indefinite punctures, with transverse striation at the bottom, strongly constricted. Face 0.7× as high as wide, shiny and densely, distinctly punctate, pubescent, inner margin of eyes subparallel-sided. Ocelli large, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus far before posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly longer than diameter of hind ocellus, POL: OD:OOL=6.5:2.5:5.5. Antenna much longer than body length, relatively thick, not shrunken apically, loosely articulated, penultimate flagellomere 1.6× longer than wide.

Mesosoma. Length:width:height = 57.0:34.0:42.0. Disc of mesonotum relatively longer, shiny with dense, heavy punctures, weakly rugulose and confluent at end of notaulic courses, without longitudinal striations, interspaces smaller than diameter of puncture, with relatively dense, long pubescence. Scutellar sulcus nearly straight, narrow with dense carinae inside. Scutellum shiny and smooth, except for some sparse, shallow punctures, median length not longer than basal width. Lateral polished field of scutellum not reaching half length of scutellum. Propodeum long, dull and strongly rugose entirely, areolation poorly defined, costulae indefinite owing to its strong rugosity around, spiracle enclosed by keels. Mesopleuron highly shiny, its anterior large part with distinct, dense punctures.

Legs. Hind femur relatively thin, 3.3× longer than wide. Hind coxa shiny, smooth, and almost impunctate above (basally). Spines on outer side of third tibia not dense. Inner spurs of hind tibia half length of hind basitarsus, outer spur 1/3. Basitarsus of hind leg slightly shorter than tarsomeres 2–4 combined (22.0:23.0), claws relatively strongly developed, strongly curved.

Wings. Pterostigma 2.5× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 as long as pterostigma, 2.3× as long as its distance from apex of marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, but strongly oblique outwards, as long as width of pterostigma, r 1.4× longer than 2-SR, distinctly angled at junction, 2-M 2/3 length of 2-SR, cu-a as long as 2-SR+M, the latter 2.0× longer than 2-M, and 1-SR slightly shorter than 2-SR+M. First discal cell of fore wing 1.2× wider than high. Second submarginal cell of hind wing indistinctly wider than high. Vein cu-a curved. Hind wing not broad, length of 1-M slightly shorter than distance between its distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe, and vannal lobe beyond its widest concave and without setae.

Metasoma. Almost as long as mesosoma (60.0:57.0). T1 subparallel-sided, indistinctly constricted towards apex, 1.8× longer than hind width, concave at basal third, turned-over part distinctly longer than wide, dull and strongly rugose, apical trough broad and smooth, apical tubercle small, shiny and polished. T2 not shiny, rough, weakly rugulose, narrow, 2.8× wider than long in the middle, pointed into T3 medio-apically. T3 1.4× longer than T2. Tergites posterior to T2 shiny, smooth and pubescent. Hypopygium slightly longer than apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath slightly longer than length of hind tibia. Ovipositor thick, with a distinct apical attenuation.

Colour. Black, except for metasoma bright reddish yellow (excluding T1 and T2 black or dark brown and T3 reddish brown medially). Tegula bright reddish yellow. Palpi dingy yellow and spurs pale yellowish. Antenna and ovipositor sheath dark brown. Labrum and mandible bright reddish yellow. Legs reddish yellow, except hind coxa mostly dark brown, extreme apex of hind femur, extreme apex of hind tibia, hind tarsus, fore and mid coxae, and apex of hind coxa brownish. Wing membrane hyaline, C+SC+R, 1-R1, border of pterostigma, r, 2-SR and 2-M brown, pterostigma pallid and the rest more or less pale yellowish.

Variation. Body length 3.4 mm, fore wing length 3.4 mm. T3 of paratype evenly bright reddish yellow.

Male. Unknown.

Material examined. Holotype: 1♀, Fangxian , Hubei, 1982.VIII.23, He Junhua, No. 835895 . Paratype: 1♀, Nanjing , Fujian, 1988.VII.28, Lin Xiaolin, No. 20005869 .

Distribution. China (Fujian, Hubei).

Etymology. The specific name “ ocellisublimus ” derives from the Latin “ocelli” and “sublimus”, referring to the posterior tangent to anterior ocellus far before posterior ocelli.

Remarks. This species is similar to A. psenes Nixon , but differs in the following: face densely, distinctly punctate (impunctate in latter); antenna thick (rather thin in latter); and hind wing broad (rather narrow in latter).
