Diagnosis. Body length 2.4 mm, fore wing length 2.7 mm. Body black, hind femur black. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus hardly touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus about as long as diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna slightly shorter than body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.5× longer than wide. Pronotum with striation, interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum as long as its diameter. Areola on propodeum open anteriorly, V-shaped apically, without costulae. Pterostigma 2.9× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 as long as pterostigma, vein r 1.5× longer than 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 nearly parallel-sided at anterior half, constricted towards apex from middle, 2.5× longer than hind width, turned-over part shiny, mostly smooth, longitudinal channel indistinct; T2 shiny and polished, 3.0× wider than long in the middle; T3 1.9× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath 0.8 length of hind basitarsus.
Hosts. According to literature, Mycalesis perseus (Fabricius) , Parnara conjuncta Herrich-Schaffer , Pelopidas mathias (Fabricius) and Stomopteryx nerteria (Meyrick) ( Yu et al. 2016) .
