Diagnosis. Body length 2.3 mm, fore wing length 2.9 mm. Body black, hind femur black. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus just touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus about as long as diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna about as long as body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.4× longer than wide. Pronotum with indistinct striation, interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum slightly larger than its diameter. Areola on propodeum narrow, U-shaped apically, without costulae. Pterostigma 3.1× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.1× longer than pterostigma, vein r 1.3× longer than 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 nearly parallel-sided at anterior half, constricted towards apex from middle, 2.3× longer than hind width, turned-over part slightly shiny, with weak wrinkles, longitudinal channel absent; T2 shiny and polished, 4.5× wider than long in the middle; T3 2.3× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath slightly longer than hind tibia.
Hosts. According to literature, Nephopteryx sp. and N. rhodobasalis Hmps ( Nixon, 1965) .

Distribution. China (Guangxi, Hainan, Hunan, Jilin); India.
Remarks. Characters of the examined specimens mostly agree with the published descriptions and the type specimen except pterostigma a little darker.
