( Figures 52 View FIGURE 52 , 101 View FIGURE 101. 48–59 )

Description. Holotype. Female. Body length 3.3 mm, fore wing length 3.4 mm.

Head. Transverse in dorsal view, 2.1× as wide as long, weakly wider than mesoscutum. Vertex between eye and posterior ocellus shiny with indefinite punctures. Temple slightly shiny, rough with indefinite punctures, with transverse striation at the bottom, strongly constricted. Face subquadrate, shiny and densely, punctate, pubescent, inner margin of almost parallel-sided. Ocelli large, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus just touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus not longer than diameter of hind ocellus, POL:OD:OOL=6.0:2.2:3.8. Antenna slightly longer than body length, relatively thick, not shrunken apically, loosely articulated, penultimate flagellomere 1.5× longer than wide.

Mesosoma. Length:width:height = 59.0:32.0:40.0. Disc of mesonotum slightly shiny with heavy, coarse punctures, tend to be coarser and confluent along notaulic courses (specially at the end), interspaces smaller than diameter of puncture, with relatively dense, long pubescence. Scutellar sulcus nearly straight, narrow with carinae inside. Scutellum shiny, sculpture slightly weaker than mesoscutum, with strong confluent punctures, median length slightly longer than basal width. Lateral polished field of scutellum reaching over half length of scutellum. Propodeum long, dull and with much irregular short carinae entirely, areolation narrow and well defined, costulae strongly defined, spiracle enclosed by strong keels. Mesopleuron shiny, anterior part with strong, dense punctures, rugose above posteriorly.

Legs. Hind femur thin, 3.4× longer than wide. Hind coxa much longer, reaching just over T2, slightly shiny with weak striation above (basally). Spines on outer side of third tibia relatively dense. Inner spurs of hind tibia fully half length of hind basitarsus, outer spur 1/3. Basitarsus of hind leg about as long as tarsomeres 2–4 combined, claws of normal size.

Wings. Pterostigma 2.8× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R11.1× longer than pterostigma, 4.7× as long as its distance from apex of marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, but strongly curved, almost as long as width of pterostigma, r 2.2× longer than 2-SR, curved at junction, 2-M 4/5 length of 2-SR, cu-a 1.3× longer than 2-SR+M, the latter slightly longer than 2-M, and 1-SR nearly as long as 2-M. First discal cell of fore wing 1.2× wider than high. Second submarginal cell of hind wing 1.1× wider than high. Vein cu-a straight. Hind wing broad, length of 1-M much shorter than distance between its distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe, and vannal lobe beyond its widest strongly concave and without setae.

Metasoma. As long as mesosoma. T1 narrow, parallel-sided, apical fourth distinctly constricted towards apex, very long, 3.4× longer than hind width, concave at basal third, turned-over part distinctly longer than wide, dull and strongly rugose-punctate, apical trough narrow and more rugose, apical tubercle shiny and polished. T2 shiny and smooth, 3.2× wider than long in the middle, almost straight apically. T3 3.0× longer than T2. Tergites posterior to T2 shiny, smooth, pubescent. Hypopygium distinctly longer than apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath 2/3 length of hind tibia. Ovipositor relatively thick, curved with a distinct apical attenuation.

Colour. Black, except for T2 and T3 yellow to light reddish yellow. Tegula yellow. Palpi white and spurs pale yellowish. Antenna and ovipositor sheath black (save for pedicel and scape somewhat yellowish ventrally). Labrum and mandible dark reddish brown. Legs black, except fore leg (excluding the black fore coxa), middle trochanters, apex of middle femur, middle tibia with tarsus, hind trochanters, basal 3/5 of hind tibia and basal third of hind basitarsus yellow. Wing membrane hyaline, C+SC+R pale yellow, 1-R1, pterostigma, r, 2-SR and 2-M dark brown, the rest more or less pale yellowish, and pterostigma with whitish basal spot.

Variation. Body length 2.7–3.3 mm, fore wing length 3.0– 3.4 mm. Some specimen with yellow basal 2/5 of hind femur.

Male. Body length 2.5–2.7 mm, fore wing length 2.9–3.0 mm. Similar to female, except: T2 more triangular and longer, T2 and T3 varied from yellow to brown, yellow part of legs more infuscate, and antenna much longer with penultimate flagellomere 2.4× longer than wide.

Distribution. China (Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Taiwan).

Etymology. The specific name “ longicoxa ” derives from the Latin “longi-” and “coxa”, referring to hind coxa much longer, reaching just over T2.

Remarks. This species is similar to A. opacus (Ashmead) , but differs in the following: r and 2-SR curved at junction (distinctly angled in latter); propodeum dull with much carinae entirely (at most with some carinae around posterio-lateral part in latter); and tarsus 4 not shorter than tarsus 5 (shorter in latter).
