Diagnosis. Body length 2.5 mm, fore wing length 2.9 mm. Body black, hind femur bright yellow. Posterior tangent to anterior ocellus just touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly shorter than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna shorter than body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.6× longer than wide. Pronotum with striate-punctation at posterior end of notaulic courses; interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum slightly larger than its diameter. Areola on propodeum well defined, V-shaped apically, with strong costulae. Pterostigma 3.4× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.3× longer than pterostigma, vein r 1.5× longer than vein 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 nearly parallel-sided, 1.8× longer than hind width, turned-over part slightly shiny, weakly rugose-punctate, longitudinal channel broad; T2 shiny, polished, 4.3× wider than long in the middle, straight apically; T3 2.4× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath 0.6 length of hind tibia.

Host. According to literature, Maruca testulalis Geyer (Pyralidae) (You, 1979).
