Diagnosis. Body length 2.5 mm, fore wing length 3.2 mm; mesoscutum duller; hind spurs longer and thicker; temples strongly sculptured; areolation of propodeum weak with costula poorly indicated; T1 very distinctly narrowed behind; hind femur dark brown; eyes not convergent; antenna hardly shorter than body, rather thick, penultimate flagellomere one and a quarter times longer than wide; mesoscutum somewhat dull, densely punctate; notaulic course showing as a dull, rugose band with hardly a trace of longitudinal striations at its posterior end; disc of scutellum rather strongly narrowed behind, polished, weakly convex and with a few punctures towards sides and front; areolation of propodeum complete; anterior part of mesopleuron coarsely rugose, towards posterior depression the surface shows simple punctures and some striation; hind wing broad, length of 1-M distinctly shorter than distance between its distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe; ovipositor sheath one and a quarter times longer than hind tibia.

China (Beijing, Guangdong, Zhejiang) new record; India. Remarks. Characters of the examined specimen agree with the published descriptions and type specimen .
