Diagnosis. Body length 2.2 mm, fore wing length 2.3 mm. Body black, hind femur brown. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus as long as diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna distinctly shorter than body length, penultimate flagellomere as long as wide. Pronotum strongly rugose at posterior end of notaulic courses, without longitudinal striations. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum not smaller than its diameter. Areola on propodeum smooth, open anteriorly, without costulae, posterior lateral parts with some irregular carinae. Pterostigma, 2.9× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.1× longer than pterostigma, vein r 1.3× longer than vein 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 constricted towards apex, 2.4× longer than hind width, turned-over part dull, weakly rugose-punctate, longitudinal channel deep; T2 shiny and nearly polished, 3.3× wider than long in the middle; T3 1.7× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath as long as hind tibia.

Hosts. According to the literature, Sylepta lunalis Guence and Bocchoris artificialis Lederer ( Nixon, 1965) .
