( Figures 2 View FIGURE 2 , 98 View FIGURE 98. 1–16 )
Description. Holotype. Female. Body length 2.5 mm, fore wing length 2.7 mm.
Head. Transverse in dorsal view, 2.0× as wide as long, 1.1× as wide as mesoscutum. Vertex between eye and posterior ocellus shiny with extremely shallow punctures. Temple slightly shiny with shallow punctures, strongly constricted. Face nearly 0.8× as high as wide, dull with shallow punctures, pubescent, inner margin of eyes parallel-sided. Ocelli not large, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus just touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus nearly as long as diameter of hind ocellus, POL:OD:OOL=4.8:2.2:4.0. Antenna slightly longer than body length, loosely articulated, penultimate flagellomere 1.8× longer than wide.
Mesosoma. Length:width:height = 42.0:26.5:31.0. Disc of mesonotum slightly shiny, coarsely and heavily punctate, interspaces slightly smaller than diameter of puncture, rugose-punctate at posterior end of notaulic courses, without longitudinal striations. Scutellar sulcus curved, narrow with deep foveate groove. Scutellum highly shiny, superficially punctate laterally, median length as long as basal width. Lateral polished field of scutellum hardly reaching over half length of scutellum. Propodeum dull, long, strongly rugose entirely, areola narrow, oval-like, with medial keel confined to basal third, without costulae, but spiracle indistinctly enclosed by keels. Mesopleuron shiny, anterior half densely punctate, strigulate inside and outside sternaulus.
Legs. Hind femur thinner, 3.2× longer than wide. Hind coxa dull, rugulose-punctate basally. Spines on outer side of third tibia stout and relatively dense. Inner spurs of hind tibia nearly half length of hind basitarsus, outer spur 1/3. Basitarsus of hind leg about as long as tarsomeres 2–4 combined, claws of normal size.
Wings. Pterostigma 2.8× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 as long as pterostigma, 3.3× as long as its distance from apex of marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, perpendicular to latter, nearly as long as width of pterostigma, 1.3× longer than 2-SR, indistinctly angled at junction, 2-M 5/7 length of 2-SR, as long as 1-SR, m-cu as long as width of pterostigma, 2-SR+M slightly shorter than 2-SR. First discal cell of fore wing much wider, 1.2× wider than high. Second submarginal cell of hind wing as wide as high. Vein cu-a weakly curved. Hind wing broad, 1-M distinctly shorter than distance between its distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe, and vannal lobe beyond its widest part strongly concave and hairless.
Metasoma. Weakly longer than mesosoma (45.0:42.0). T1 distinctly converged towards apex, long, 2.8× longer than hind width, concave at basal third, turned-over part dull, strongly rugose, longitudinal channel relatively deep, broad, weakly rugulose, and apical tubercle polished. T2 slightly shiny, subtriangular, smooth except slightly uneven apically, 3.3× wider than long in the middle, straight apically. T3 1.8× longer than T2. Tergites posterior to T2 polished, shiny, and pubescent. Hypopygium not exceeding apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath 0.9× longer than length of hind tibia, slightly narrow, ovipositor curved at apex, without apical attenuation.
Colour. Black. Tegula yellowish brown. Palpi whitish and spurs pale yellowish. Antenna and ovipositor sheath dark brown. Labrum and mandible yellowish brown. All coxae dark brown to black, most part of fore and mid legs with apical 3/5 of hind tibia bright yellow, other parts more or less fumous. Wing membrane hyaline, weakly brownish, vein C+SC+R, 1-R1, r, 2-SR, and 2-M brown, other alar veins more or less light brown, pterostigma brown.
Variation. Body length 2.3–2.5 mm, fore wing length 2.4–2.9 mm. Basal half of hind tibia yellowish brown to yellowish white.
Male. Unknown.
Material examined. Holotype: 1♀, Songyang , Zhejiang, 1992.IX.13–X.1, Chen Hanlin, No. 924665 . Paratypes: 1♀, ditto, No. 924658 ; 2♀♀, ditto, 1992.VII.16–27, ditto, Nos. 924545, 924552 ; 1♀, ditto, 1992.VII.7–15, ditto, No. 924537 ; 1♀, Baishanzu, Qingyuan , Zhejiang, 1993.V, Wu Hong, No. 946539 .
Distribution. China (Zhejiang).
Etymology. The specific name “ albummacula ” derives from the Latin “album” and “macula”, referring to the pterostigma with basal whitish spot.
Remarks. This species is similar to A. carssus Liu & Chen , sp. nov., but differs in the following: ovipositor sheath 0.9× as long as length of hind tibia (1.5× in latter); penultimate flagellomere 1.8× longer than wide (cubic to at most weakly longer than wide in latter); and pterostigma brown entirely (pallid with darker border in latter).
