( Figures 95 View FIGURE 95 , 103 View FIGURE 103. 77–97 )

Description. Holotype. Female. Body length 2.8 mm, fore wing length 3.5 mm.

Head. Transverse in dorsal view, 2.0× as wide as long, 0.9× as long as mesoscutum. Vertex between eye and posterior ocellus without punctures and weakly dull. Temple dull with indefinite punctures, at base with extremely fine, transverse aciculation, not constricted. Face 0.8× as high as wide, slightly shiny, rough without punctures, inner margin of eyes parallel-sided. Ocelli of normal size, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus just touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus nearly as long as diameter of hind ocellus, POL:OD:OOL=6.0:2.5:4.5. Antenna thick, almost as long as body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.3× longer than wide.

Mesosoma. Length:width:height = 50.8:35.0:39.0. Disc of mesonotum shiny, with small and extremely shallow punctures, punctures absent on posterior corners and hind margin, notaulic course in distinct, weakly rugulose at its posterior end, longitudinal striations absent. Scutellar sulcus weakly curved, narrow with carinae in between. Scutellum highly shiny and polished without punctures. Lateral polished field of scutellum not reaching up to half length of scutellum, carinae on anterior part of the field obsolescent. Propodeum shiny, two short arms reaching out from orifice, with regular transverse carinae outside, nearly polished elsewhere except some short carinae along hind corners spiracle not enclosed with keels. Mesopleuron highly polished, anterior part with superficial indefinite punctures, except somewhat punctate-rugulose on the top. Sternaulus indistinctly concave with few extremely fine aciculation.

Legs. Hind coxa slightly shiny, with shallow punctures. Spines on outer side of third tibia sparse. Inner spur fully half length of hind basitarsus, outer spur 2/5. Basitarsus of hind leg almost as long as tarsomeres 2–4 combined (20.0:19.0), claws small.

Wings. Pterostigma 2.9× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 indistinctly shorter than pterostigma, 3.6× as long as its distance from apex of marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, perpendicular to it, as long as width of pterostigma, weakly longer than 2-SR, distinctly angled at junction, 2-M 2/5 length of 2-SR and slightly shorter than 1-SR, 2-SR+M shorter than m-cu, and the latter as long as 2-SR. First discal cell of fore wing nearly 1.2× wider than high. Second submarginal cell of hind wing 1.6× wider than high. Vein cu-a only weakly curved at base. Hind wing broad, 1-M slightly shorter than distance between its distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe, and vannal lobe beyond its widest part straight and hairless.

Metasoma. 1.1× longer than mesosoma. T1 nearly parallel-sided, except weakly constricted apically, 1.3× longer than hind width, concave at basal third, turned-over part slightly shiny with hairy superficial punctures laterally, longitudinal channel broad and shallow with much fine rugosity and apical tubercle polished. T2 shiny and polished, 4.3× wider than long in the middle, weakly curved into T3 apically. T3 2.0× longer than T2. Tergites posterior to T2 highly polished, shiny, and pubescent. Hypopygium broad, distinctly longer than apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath as long as hind tibia length, narrow and even.

Colour. Black. Tegula black. Palpi (except first segment maxillary palpi brown) and spurs pale yellowish. Antenna and ovipositor sheath almost black. Labrum and mandible dark brown. Legs black, except posterior half length of fore femur, fore tibia and tarsus, basal 2/5 of middle tibia, and basal half of hind tibia with tarsus bright yellow, and fore and mid tarsus fumous. Wing membrane hyaline, 1-R1, C+SC+R, borders of pterostigma, r and 2-SR brown, other alar veins yellow brown to pale, pterostigma slightly pale medially.

Variation. Body length 2.3–3.0 mm, fore wing length 2.7–3.5 mm.

Male. Unknown.

Distribution. China (Guizhou, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Zhejiang).

Etymology. The specific name “ rectala ” derives from the Latin “rectus” and “ala”, referring to vannal lobe of hind wing beyond its widest part straight.

Remarks. This species is similar to A. aphanoiugum Liu & Chen , sp. nov., but differs in the following: T1 nearly parallel-sided, except weakly constricted apically (parallel-sided at basal two thirds, but strongly constricted towards apex at apical third in latter); T2 4.3× wider than long in the middle, weakly curved into T3 apically (highly shiny and polished, 2.4× wider than long in the middle, straight apically in latter); and vannal lobe beyond its widest part straight (slightly concave in latter).
