Diagnosis. Body length 2.8 mm, fore wing length 3.4 mm. Body black, hind femur brown to black. Posterior tangent to anterior ocellus touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus as long as diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna distinctly shorter body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.6× longer than wide. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum not smaller than its diameter. Areola on propodeum closed basally, V-shaped, with strong costulae. Pterostigma 2.7× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.5× longer than pterostigma, vein r 2.1× longer than vein 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 nearly parallel-sided, 2.2× longer than hind width, turned-over part weakly rugose-punctate, longitudinal channel distinct with short transversal carinae; T2 shiny and polished, 3.0× wider than long in the middle; T3 2.2× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath 1.3× longer than hind tibia.

Host. According to literature, Diaphania pyloalis Walker (Pyralidae) ( Yu et al, 2016).

Remarks. Characters of the examined specimens mostly agree with the published descriptions and the type specimen except hind femur of some specimens darker.
