Diagnosis. Body length 2.2 mm, fore wing length 2.8 mm. Body black, hind femur dark brown. Ocelli large, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus transecting posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly shorter than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna about as long as body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.5× longer than wide. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum as long as its diameter. Areola on propodeum open anteriorly, V-shaped apically, with strong costulae, posterio-lateral parts with some carinae. Pterostigma 2.5× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 as long as pterostigma, vein r 1.8× longer than vein 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 strongly constricted from base towards apex, 3.2× longer than hind width, turned-over part slightly shiny, strongly rugose-punctate laterally, longitudinal channel deep, broad and smooth; T2 shiny, 5.0× wider than long in the middle; T3 2.6× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath 0.9 length of hind tibia.

Remarks. Characters of the examined specimens mostly agree with the published descriptions except hind tibia with longer spurs.
