Diagnosis. Body length 2.6 mm, fore wing length 2.9 mm. Body black, hind femur yellow. Ocelli large, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus just touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly shorter than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna slightly longer than body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.4× longer than wide. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum distinctly longer than its diameter.Areola on propodeum closed basally, V-shaped apically, with strong costulae, posterio-lateral parts with some carinae. Pterostigma 2.8× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R11.1× longer than pterostigma, vein r 2.0× longer than vein 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 parallel-sided, 2.2× longer than hind width, turned-over part slightly shiny, with irregular longitudinal striation laterally, longitudinal channel broad; T2 shiny, 3.2× wider than long in the middle; T3 2.0× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath slightly longer than hind tibia.
