M. & H. F. Loomis/ altitude 4,000 ft. // Amplinus bituberculosus / Loomis. HOLOTYPE ♂, // [barcode label] FSCA 00070726.

Conservation status: Fair condition; in EtOH; gonopodia in microvial.

Additional notes: Species epithet misspelled ‘bituberculatus” on original label; originally described as Amplinus bituberculosus Loomis, 1974 , and subsequently moved to Seminellogon bituberculosus ( Loomis, 1974) by Hoffman (1999).
