Type material. Holotype illustrated in Švagrovský (1982: pl. 7, fig. 1), Department of Geology and Paleontology, Faculty of Natural Sciences Comenius University Bratislava.

Type locality. Borský Mikuláš ( Slovakia) .

Stratigraphy. Middle Miocene, Badenian.

Discussion. This species is a Cerithiidae and should be placed in Thericium.

Central Paratethys. Badenian (Middle Miocene): Vienna Basin: Borský Mikuláš ( Slovakia) ( Švagrovský 1982).
