Discussion. Ondrejíčková & Seneš (1965) have erroneously identified Potamides sp. with a Cerithiidae from the Rupelian of the North Sea Basin.

Central Paratethys. Egerian (late Oligocene/Early Miocene): South Slovakian Basin: Štúrovo ( Slovakia) ( Ondrejíčková & Seneš 1965).
