Type material. Holotype, illustrated in Strausz (1955a: pl. 7, fig. 119), Mining and Geological Survey of Hungary (Budapest).

Type locality. Budapest / Káposztásmegyer ( Hungary) .

Stratigraphy. Middle Miocene, Badenian.

Discussion. This taxon represents a stout morph of Theodisca theodisca with strongly reduced central spiral cord and blunt nodes on the abapical spiral cord.

Central Paratethys. Badenian (Middle Miocene): Pannonian Basin: Budapest /Káposztásmegyer ( Hungary) ( Strausz 1966).
