Pimelepterus indicus (non Cuvier in Cuvier & Valenciennes 1831); Klunzinger 1880: p. 357 pl. 7, specimen is unconfirmed,

(King George Sound, South West Australia) [SMNS 2673 assumed but unconfirmed type for Segutilum klunzingeri ]. Kyphosus gladius Knudsen and Clements (2013) Kyphosus sydneyanus Allen 1985 : fig. 235 and 237 (non K. sydneyanus ); Hutchins and Swainston 1986: p. 68 [Based on body shape clearly K. gladius rather than K. sydneyanus ].
