TYPE SPECIES. Dorachosa explicata Distant 1892: 64 View in CoL . (Matachin, Panama)

Remarks. The eyes are long and angled posteriorly, prominent postclypeus with a very distinct central sulcus, and the long anterior femoral spines are characteristic of this genus ( Distant 1892).

Distribution. The monospecific genus is only known from El Salvador and Panama ( Metcalf 1963c; Sanborn 2013).
