Remarks. The species is distinguished by a circular, bicolored spot at the bifurcation of median veins 1 and 2 on the fore wing ( Goemans 2016).

Distribution. The species is known from Venezuela and Panama ( Goemans 2016). The Panamanian specimen was collected at Chiriqui ( Goemans 2016).
