Description: ♀: Body length 18‒20 mm. Flagellum strongly lanceolate, with 46‒47 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere (without anellus) 1.7‒1.9× longer than wide, 2 nd flagellomere 2.2× longer than wide, combined length c.0.56× eye length, 10 th flagellomere square, flagellum beyond the middle attenuated and strongly widened, widest flagellomeres 2.0‒2.2× wider than long. Temple moderately and roundly narrowed behind the eye. OED 1.2× and OOD 1.0× ocellar diameter. Frons with transverse rugae, face densely punctate and finely granulate. Clypeus with dense or partly scattered punctures, smooth and shining. MI 0.55‒0.65. Gena laterally c.1.0× as wide as eye, with very scattered punctures ventrally. Genal carina reaching hypostomal carina far from mandibular base.
Mesosoma covered with pale hairs. Notaulus impressed in frontal 1/4 of mesoscutum. Mesoscutum with dense punctures, finely granulate and slightly opaque. Mesopleuron with coarse punctures, speculum large, smooth and shining; metapleuron with coarse punctures, partly striate; juxtacoxal carina strong. Scutellum moderately elevated, punctate, about as long as wide, without lateral carina, with scattered punctures. Propodeum rounded; area superomedia slightly elevated, heart-shaped, about as long as wide or longer than wide, with finely rugose or smooth surface, anterior transversal carina slightly caudal to its middle. Area externa with scattered punctures and some fine rugae. Hind coxa densely punctate, with strong brownish scopa (length c.1/4 to 2/5 of coxal length). Hind femur 3.3‒3.5× longer than wide, with dense punctures. Tarsomeres distinctly widened; 3 rd mid tarsomere 1.2‒1.4× longer than wide. Areolet pentagonal, frontal distance between veins 2rs-m and 3rs-m 2‒3× their width; vein 2m-cu in its middle. Vein 1cu-a postfurcal by 2× its width.
Metasoma strongly oxypygous. Lateral field of postpetiolus punctate, c.0.5× as wide as middle field, the latter with c.18 rather coarse striae. 2 nd tergite as long as wide to 1.1× wider than long. Thyridium moderately oblique, 0.9‒1.2× wider than the interval; interval narrower than median field of postpetiolus; 2 nd to 4 th tergites finely and densely punctate and aciculate medially; 5 th tergite with superficial punctures, ± shining. 7 th tergite 1.2× wider than long. Seen from dorsal, ovipositor sheath c.0.5× as long as 7 th tergite.
Color: Black. Metasoma black, with distinct bluish shine. Stripes on flagellomeres 8/9‒13/14, sometimes spot on mandibular base, stripe of frontal orbit confluent with triangular spot on vertex, collare and hind edge of pronotum, sometimes small posterolateral spots of scutellum, spots on all trochanters, subbasal rings of all tibiae, and external stripes on tarsomeres yellow. Wings slightly infuscate; pterostigma reddish-brown to blackish.
♂: Body length 17‒24 mm. Flagellum with 40‒46 flagellomeres, 1 st flagellomere 2.1‒2.5× longer than wide.
