Description: ♀: Body length 19–20 mm. Flagellum slightly lanceolate, with 47–50 flagellomeres, 1 st flagellomere (without anellus) 2.3−2.5× longer than wide, 2 nd flagellomere 2.1× longer than wide, combined length 0.62× eye length, 11 th to 14 th flagellomeres square, widest flagellomeres c.1.3× wider than long. Temple strongly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.1‒1.2× and OOD 0.8× ocellar diameter. Frons with scattered punctures and with small foveae lateral of lateral ocelli. Face coarsely punctate and finely granulate; clypeus coarsely and longitudinally rugose-punctate. MI 0.4‒0.5. Gena c.1.0× as wide as eye, with scattered punctures ventrally. Genal carina reaching hypostomal carina far from mandibular base.

Mesosoma covered with pale to light brownish hairs. Side of pronotum with very superficial punctures dorsally and longitudinal striation in ventral 1/2 to 3/5. Notaulus distinct at frontal 1/5 of mesoscutum. Mesoscutum densely punctate and finely granulate, ± matte; mesopleuron coarsely punctate, speculum smooth and shining; metapleuron coarsely punctate, finely granulate; juxtacoxal carina strong. Scutellum slightly convex, slightly longer than wide, without lateral carinae, with scattered punctures. Propodeum rounded; area superomedia heart-shaped, slightly longer than wide, coarsely rugulose; anterior transversal carina distinctly caudal to the middle. Area externa with fine transverse striation; area petiolaris with longitudinal lateral carina, coarsely transverse rugose. Hind coxa densely punctate, with scopa (0.25‒0.3× coxal length). Hind femur 4.0‒4.2× longer than wide. 3 rd mid tarsomere 1.6‒1.7× longer than wide. Areolet pentagonal, frontal distance between veins 2rs-m and 3rs-m 1‒2× their width; vein 2m-cu in the middle. Vein 1cu-a postfurcal by 3× its width.

Metasoma strongly oxypygous. Lateral field of postpetiolus punctate, 0.6‒0.8 as wide as median field, the lat- ter with c.12 longitudineal striae. Thyridium strongly impressed, transverse, c.1.3× wider than the interval; interval slightly narrower than median field of postpetiolus. 2 nd tergite 0.9‒0.95× as long as wide; 2 nd and 3 rd tergites finely and densely punctate, centrally ± strongly rugose-striate. 4 th tergite finely punctate, shining; 5 th tergite more or less smooth. 7 th tergite 1.7× wider than long. Seen from dorsal ovipositor sheath 0.2‒0.5× as long as 7 th tergite.

Color: Black with extensive ivory markings. Ivory are stripes on flagellomeres 8–15, palps, facial orbit, frontal orbit (widened above) confluent with large triangular spot on vertex, stripe on lower outer orbit, collare and upper margin of pronotum, subtegular ridge, two paramedian stripes on mesoscutum, entire scutellum, postscutellum, spots on upper division of metapleuron, spot on 2 nd lateral area of propodeum, spots on fore and mid coxae, all trochanters ±, frontal side of front leg, apical spot on middle femur, subbasal spots or rings on all tibiae, spots or rings on all hind tarsomeres, dorsolateral spots on 1 st to 5 th tergites (narrowly confluent on postpetiolus, largest spots on 2 nd tergite), small hind margins of 6 th and 7 th tergites. Pterostigma blackish.

♂: Body length 18‒22 mm. Flagellum with 44‒48 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 2.4× longer than wide. Tyloids linear, on flagellomeres 9/10‒18/23, located apically or centrally, maximally 0.8× as long as the flagellomeres. Temple strongly and almost linearly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.1× and OOD 1.0× ocellar diameter. MI 0.3. Gena 0.8‒0.85× as wide as eye.

Mesosoma with dense pale hairs. Mesoscutum densely punctate, with fine microsculpture, but ± shining. Scutellum longer than wide, without or with lateral carina in anterior 0.3. Area superomedia ± elevated and smooth, halfmoon- or sickle-shaped, wider than long. Area externa ± smooth, with few scattered punctures. Hind femur 4.0‒4.5× longer than wide. Fore metatarsus without apical tooth. Areolet pentagonal, frontal distance between veins 2rs-m and 3rs-m 2‒3× their width; vein 2m-cu in the middle. Vein 1cu-a postfurcal by 1‒3× its width.

Lateral field of postpetiole 0.6‒0.8× as wide as median field, medial field coarsely striate. Thyridium large 1.5‒2.0× wider than the interval. 2 nd tergite about as long as wide. 2 nd to 5 th tergites densely punctate; 2 nd and 3 rd tergites with ± coarse longitudinal striation medially, 4 th tergite with fine median aciculation.
