Distribution: India: Sikkim, North India ( Watson, 1968). Elsewhere: North Burma ( Watson, 1968); Nepal ( Wilkinson, 1972).

Remark: The other two Chinese subspecies are: D. dispilata rufata Watson, 1968 and D. dispilata grisearipennis Strand, 1911 .
