Distribution. A boreal Holarctic species. In the Palearctic: from the Urals in the west to Chukotka, Magadan Region and the mouth of the Amur River in the east, from the Polar Urals and the tundra zone of Siberia and the Far East in the north to the south of West Siberia, South Altai, Tyva, North Mongolia, the Amur River valley, and the North Sikhote Alin in the south; reported from Sakhalin ( Lafer 1992).
