Distribution. Argentina: Buenos Aires, Chaco, Corri- entes, Formosa, and Misiones; Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, French Guiana, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, and Uruguay ( Martin-Park et al. 2012).
