Argentina: Buenos Aires, Catama- rca, Chaco, Córdoba, Corrientes, Entre Ríos, Jujuy, La Pampa, La Rioja, Mendoza, Misiones: Iguazú, Salta, San Luis, Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero, and Tucumán ( Melo and Montemayor 2015); Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay ( Göllner-Scheiding 1978, 1983).
