Argentina: Buenos Aires, Catamarca, Chaco, Córdoba, Corrientes, Entre Ríos, La Rioja, Misiones, Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero, and Salta; Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, British Guiana, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Suriname, Trinidad, Uruguay, USA, Venezuela, and Virgin Islands ( Dellapé et al. 2015a).
