Redescription ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 10–23 )

Body length 3.4 mm. Bristles yellow. Anterior dorsocentral bristle 1/3–1/2 length of posterior dorsocentral. One pair of lateral scutellar bristles. Acrostichal bristle absent. Scutum yellow except as follows: anterior margin (including anterior margin of postpronotum) brown; basal stripe reaching posterior 1/3 of scutum with very short, thin, median stripe projecting anteriorly (reaching anterior margin in one specimen); one pair of short transverse lateral stripes (widest laterally and reaching basal margin of notopleuron) separated from median stripe by thin yellow line. Scutellum brown. Laterotergites brown lateral to scutellum and with thin subscutellar stripe. Pleuron light yellow with anepisternum (excluding ventral suture) dark brown. Legs light yellow with mid and hind tibiae brown on basal 2/3 and hind tarsi white. Head mostly yellow; frons brown on posterior half, sometimes also along entire lateral margin; back of head brown above level of foramen; head light yellow below antenna; parafacial and gena silvery tomentose. Tergite 1 yellow; tergites 2 and 3 brown; tergites 4 and 5 brown with anterior corners yellow; tergites 6 and 7 brown; remainder of abdomen yellow. Wing darkly clouded on distal 2/5 (darkest to costa), and with light median spot from center of anal lobe to R 4+5 and from tip of anal cell to posterior cross­vein.
