Material examined. Two females, Mersin, on Phaseolus vulgaris L. ( Fabaceae ), 9 September 1996; two females, Yüreğir-Adana, on Ph. vulgaris . 22 July 1997. Specimens are deposited in the mite collection of the Acarology Laboratory, Department of Plant Protection, Çukurova University, Adana, Turkey

Distrubution. Benin, Burundi, Kenya, Malawi ( Zannou et al., 2006; El-Banhawy & Knapp, 2011) and Turkey (this study).
