Jijel: Guerrouche Forest ( 36°41’41”N – 05°38’29”E), 700 m, 1♂, pitfalls in zeen oak (ZO), 13.III.2023, Kahlessenane leg.
Distribution
The species was previously sampled by Beladjal and Bosmans (1997) at low altitudes in Tichy, in the Wilaya of Béjaïa, and in Ziama Mansouria, in the south-west of the Wilaya of Jijel. It has now also been collected in Guerrouche Forest, within Taza National Park in the Wilaya of Jijel, approximately 14 km from Ziama Mansouria, indicating a relatively limited distribution for the species ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 ). This apparent restriction is possibly due to specific ecological requirements or limited sampling in surrounding areas. The female remains unknown.
