Discussion. Heteropsephenoides was described by Jeng and Jäch (2003). The genus is monotypic. Heteropsephenoides horaki Jeng and Jäch is known from Mae Hong Son, Thailand (Jeng and Yang 1994) and was collected at lights. Larvae of this genus have not been described.
