Genitalia ♂. Not examined.
Genitalia ♀ ( Figs 117, 149). Papillae anales very long, more than one-half length of apophyses posteriores, narrow, distally rounded, sparsely set with short sensory setae. Apophyses posteriores slightly longer than apophyses anteriores. Segment VIII short, at most one-third length of apophyses anteriores; ostium bursae near anterior margin of VIII; antrum with narrow sclerotization of about length of VIII; ductus bursae straight, narrow, shorter than apophyses anteriores; corpus bursae large, ovoid, ductus seminalis from cervix bursae, inception in patch of microtrichia (“signum”).
Remarks. Y. argonota was described from three specimens (both sexes) from Broken Hill, x. (Lower). In coll. Lower there are two females. One of them is labelled as type and is here designated as the lectotype. The second female is labelled ‘15.10.[18]90’ and is in poor condition with only the head, pro- and mesothorax and the forewings preserved.
Biology. Host-plant unknown.
