Distribution in Iran: Fars ( Atbaei et al. 2015; Rezaei & Fallahzadeh 2015), Khorasan (de Beaumont 1970), Qazvin, Tehran (de Beaumont 1957).
General distribution: Afghanistan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan.
Remarks: The subspecies Cerceris turkestanica turkestanica has been recorded from Iran (de Beaumont 1957, 1970).
